The Norwood project for Missouri S&T was a complete exterior renovation including piers, masonry & stone restoration, roofing and architectural sheet metal replacement of the Administration Building constructed in the 1900’s.

Donald Danforth Plant Science Center Greenhouse Expansion PH III

St.Louis, Missouri

Demolition of 1100 square foot storage building and construction of approximately 20,000 square foot one story glass and steel greenhouse structure over a partial basement

Lambert St. Louis International Airport – Concourse C Glazing Replacement                       

St. Louis, Missouri (Part of the Storm Recovery Effort)

Replacement of the exterior glass panels, relocating the existing glass panels, cleaning, refinishing and replacement of the exterior metal panels.

Harris-Stowe State University – New Residence Hall & Dining Facility     St. Louis, Missouri

New construction of a 4-story 70,000 square foot residence hall and dining facility that reflects the look and feel of the surrounding buildings.

Thomas Jefferson South Tower

Complete gut renovation and replacement of obsolete mechanical and electrical systems of an 11-story residence hall with 170 dorms.

James Avant Elementary School                                            

Washington Park, Illinois

New 67,000 sq. ft. 2-story load bearing masonry elementary school.  Responsible for all on site supervision and coordination.

Hardin Middle School                                                                           

St. Charles, Missouri

Responsible for coordinating trades for two new additions which included a 22,000 sq. ft. gymnasium, a new front entry, library additions and renovations to the existing school.

Badenhaus Housing for the Elderly                                                           

St. Louis, Missouri

Responsible for coordinating trades for interior and exterior renovation of nine apartment buildings, 100 units.

Woodland Elementary School

18,000 sq. ft. addition.  Responsible for coordinating trades for a new addition to the existing elementary school.

20 Units & Community Building                                                             

East St. Louis, Illinois

Responsible for coordinating trades for the construction and site development of 20 new non-traditional public housing units and a community building.

Eureka High School                                                                                

Eureka, Missouri

Construction of a new classroom addition including 5 new science classrooms,renovation of 7 existing classrooms, the construction of a 400-space parking lot and improvements to the athletic field.
