Design Build total building renovation including 4 existing additions dating back to 1936.  Work includes classified and high security components, coordination with multiple outside vendors and end users. Building construction standards include progressive collapse, seismic restraints and anti terrorist force protection.

Ticketing and Baggage

Built a new gate and ticket counter, installed new    baggage handling systems and constructed a baggage building at the East Terminal.

Demolition/renovation of 12,000 square feet of pilot area to accommodate the new Accounting area and demolition/renovation of 8,000 square feet of the old accounting area to accommodate the new “A” checkpoint.  Checkpoint “E” renovated from 4 lanes to 5.

Crestview Middle School

Construction of new administrative offices, expanded cafeteria and commons area and two new 1 story classroom additions. Site work included new turf and irrigation for playing field and electrical upgrades.
