Phil has been involved in many aspects of the commercial construction since 1981, including over 25 years in various field supervisory positions.  He is experienced in a wide variety of construction areas including Schools, Multi-Family, Housing Authority, Historic Restoration, Government, Mixed Development and Tenant Finishes.  In 2016, Phil joined our team as a Superintendent.

Project & Present Experience – K&S Associates, St. Louis, Missouri

Hawthorn Children’s Psychiatric Hospital                                                                                   

St. Louis, MO

The Project consists of a complete mechanical system replacement (HVAC), lighting replacements and installation of a new generator to provide emergency power, as well as architectural upgrades for the Facility.

SEMO Grauel Hall                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               

Cape Girardeau, MO

This project consisted of the renovation and reconfiguration of design construction.  Grauel Hall is a three-story concrete structure built in 1965 on the main campus of SEMO.  Classrooms and offices were

reconfigured to better suit the needs of current departments.  The renovation included of a full window

and an entry replacement.
