Cochran Plaza Townhouses

The St. Louis Housing Authority awarded an $8.6 million contract to K&S Associates, Inc. to perform site improvements and renovations to townhouses at Cochran Plaza in downtown St. Louis.

This project had a complete interior and exterior “gut rehab” of the existing buildings. The work was comprised of buildings on the Manhattan and Tubman blocks and included the construction of a new street and parking lots, selective demolition, and the construction of one- and two-story additions to the townhouses.
