Project Description

Harris-Stowe University State College awarded a $11 Million contract to K&S Associates, Inc. of St. Louis, to do Package No. 3 of a 69,614 square foot New Residence Hall and Dining Facility.

The project entails a 4-Story Freshman focused residence hall with a 300-seat dining facility. The upper 3 floors will be student communities and the first floor dining hall, student support and building support needs.
