East St Louis School District #189 awarded a $9.25 million contract to K&S Associates to construct the new two-story 66,000 square foot brick-veneered load-bearing masonry The state-of-the-art facility offered a full complement of learning resources including classrooms, computer classroom, library, kitchen and cafeteria, gym, administration space and mulched playground. Completion date was August 13, 2008.
