Millstadt Primary Center

The Millstadt Consolidated Community School District #160 awarded a $5.2 million contract to K&S Associates, Inc. to construct the new 39,000 square foot Primary Center. The Primary Center became the new school for Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students. The state-of-the-art facility offers a full complement of learning resources including classrooms, fine arts area, library, kitchen and cafeteria, gym and administration space. Completion date was January 2, 2008.
