Tim Smith

Tim has been involved in commercial construction since 1982 and has been a K&S superintendent since 1992, managing projects in both Missouri and Illinois.  He coordinates all on-site work as well as monitoring jobsite safety.   He has completed the renovation of the Parkview Apartments for the St. Louis Housing Authority.  He was the superintendent on the $16.5 million renovations to Schurz Hall and modifications to Bingham Hall at the University of Missouri – Columbia and Hudson, Gillett, & Rollins Halls at the University of Missouri – Columbia.  He has completed the $30 million-dollar St Louis Airport Renovation and the 612 bed Wolpers & Johnston Halls Renovation project, located in Columbia at the University of Missouri.  He is currently the Superintendent of the New Poplar Bluff High School and Athletic Fields, combined Project of $29.5 million.
